Refund policy

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change products to another size or color, for example.

We offer a 14-day return policy on products ordered from the online store, starting from the day you receive the products. Products must be free of defects and unused upon return. We will make a refund immediately, but no later than 14 days after we receive the products in our warehouse. We will refund the value of the refund to the original payment method and you will receive a refund confirmation in your email.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs arising from the return. We do not refund products that are not in a reusable condition. If the returned product is not in a condition for sale, the customer is responsible for the costs incurred in returning the returned product.

We offer a 14-day open trade for products ordered from our online store, returns must always be reported using the return form or by contacting our customer service. Please note that simply not retrieving the order is not enough to cancel the order, but not informing our customer service of either the Post office / Parcel machine or Matkahuolto.

From the price of an unretrieved order, we will deduct from the amount returned to the customer our actual delivery costs, as well as a fee of € 15 to cover the return and handling costs incurred by us.

Orders for which the original delivery method was pick-up from a Post office or Post home delivery:

Carefully pack the products you want to return - preferably in the original shipping packaging.

Fill out the return form and put it inside the shipping box. Filling in the notification will speed up the processing of the return.

Retrieve the code easily from the Postal Return Service using the shipping ID of the original delivery. Write the code easily on the package and take the package to either the Post office or the Parcel machine.
