1. Klarna Checkout -payment system
You can select invoice and installment as payment methods. Klarna Checkout will identify you and automatically show you certain information, as well as the payment options available to you. The pre-selected payment method is automatically an invoice. The customer can choose the payment method that suits him. Klarna Checkout ensures that you can make your purchase securely, regardless of the payment method you choose.
In order to provide you with Klarna's payment methods, we may pass on your personal information to Klarna in the form of contact and order information at the time of the transaction purchase, so that Klarna can assess whether you are eligible for their payment methods and tailor these payment methods to you. Your transferred personal data will be processed in accordance with Klarna's own privacy statement.
By choosing an invoice from Klarna, you do not have to pay for your order before it is delivered.

We strive for fast delivery. We will leave the products for transport within 3-10 working days of receiving the order. We reserve the right to change delivery times during various campaigns.
Please check the products in your order as soon as you receive your order. As a consumer, you have the right to familiarize yourself with the product, inspect it and reconcile it. All of our products have a 14-day right of return under the Consumer Protection Act upon receipt of the shipment.
If you buy the product for later use or as a gift, checking the product is just as important. Do not perform a commissioning wash on the product until you have made a purchase decision and determined that the product is suitable.
Returned products must be unused and salable, with original product labels in place. We check the condition of the products before return processing. Please pack the products neatly for return so that they will arrive to us in good condition. The products must be in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns made more than 14 days after receipt of the shipment.
We will generally process returns within 3-10 business days of receiving them, in which case we will also make a refund. We will refund your payment for refunds using the same payment method you used to place your order.
If part of the order is returned and after the return the total amount of the order is below the free delivery limit, we will deduct the delivery cost from the refundable amount.
Failure to pick up your order is not a refund. We will charge a handling fee of € 15.00 for an undelivered shipment, which includes postage and shipment handling, as well as actual delivery costs. An undelivered shipment abroad will be charged according to the actual freight cost + a refund fee of € 15.00.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS
You can return the product to us by following the instructions below. Please pack your products carefully so that they will arrive in good condition. Products must be returned in the original shipping packaging. Be sure to include a return form with the shipment.Please remember to keep your return receipt until your return has been processed.
The receipt will serve as proof that you have left the package for return and it is on its way to us.
POSTI, parcel or home parcel
Retrieve the code from the Postal Return Service Easily (“return with original shipping code”) using the shipping ID of the original delivery. Write the code easily on the package and take the package to either the Post office or the Parcel machine.
Overwrite the package with the following information:
